So what do you say? Are you ready to be part of something big?This position will work at the direction of COO of Parts, Gianluca Camplone. Direct reports will include Regional Parts Directors, Parts Distribution & Logistics Managers, Hub and Warehouse After-Sales Parts Managers and Outside Sales Representatives. This new function will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to build and maintain incremental growth of a cohesive profitable Parts Network across all regions.

Job Responsibilities:1.Liaise with all After-Sales stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service to After-Sales parts customers.2.Provide guidance and relentless drive to accomplish or exceed corporate parts budgets.3.Establish, execute, and improve strategic plans and programs to expand the After-Sales Parts Network which will lead to long-term sustainable growth in synchronicity with regional / market partners and After-Sales Corporate teams to include PrecisionParts, and E-commerce parts activities.4.Train and educate Regional Parts Directors regarding AutoNation’s multi‐brand After-Sales parts offers and continuous development of their direct reports. Assist and approve OSR individual monthly goals, territories, and new hires.5.Organize and ensure efficient utilization of After-Sales Parts Distribution and Logistics, including delivery contracts, vehicle purchases, warehousing, forward stocking locations and suppliers, in a cost-effective manner.6.Coordinate digital and mailing campaigns with the After-Sales Marketing team to capture customer data, highlight coordinated OE (Original Equipment) offerings to increase revenue and profitability.7.Manage and provide guidance with regards to digital advertising to the After-Sales Marketing team.8.Oversee all AutoNation National parts contracts with vendors including logistics and software partners.9.This role will have the authority to enforce and sign contracts pertaining to parts including municipal, county, state, federal and national contracts upon review and approval by Auto Nation Operations Counsel.10.Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co‐workers, and suppliers.11.Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

Must meet company’s requirements for employment.

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Candidate must have a minimum of 5‐7 years After-Sales parts experience either in the OEM or Aftermarket parts regional management arena.

Candidate must possess strong and proven leadership and communication qualities

Candidate must have extensive knowledge of current and available systems that support the After-Sales Parts Network.

Physical Requirements:

50-75% travel nationwide, including the Corporate Offices, SSC, and all other markets.
