The Treasury & Risk Manager (II & Sr.) is responsible for partnering with the other Treasury & Risk Sr. Manager to optimize the effectiveness of the company's treasury function including cash and balance sheet management, liquidity planning and risk management activities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership qualities, analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments, banking relationships and corporate finance principles. This position will also play a critical role in managing TTC’s global insurance program.
What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Lead or co-lead global treasury projects including the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
Work with the team to optimize TTC’s foreign exchange (FX) hedging program by automating processes, analyzing exposures, recommending strategies and executing FX transactions with counterparties.
Assist in the strategic management of the company’s capital structure.
Oversee daily cash positioning to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize cash balances.
Optimize, automate and improve global cash forecasting.
Oversee the administration of global bank account management including portal administration, authorized signer maintenance, KYC requests, open/close bank accounts, audit confirmation and fee monitoring.
Manage payment initiation, review, and approval for wire transfers, ACH batches and other payment methods as required.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury operations. Manage audits and documentations of treasury processes.
Effectively manage the company’s banking relationships.
Manage certain insurance renewal processes and claims management in collaboration with our insurance broker. Continually assess the global insurance program to ensure it is meeting the needs of the company.
Manage corporate vehicle leasing program.
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) not required but is a plus.
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred.
Manager II : 6+ years of experience.
Sr. Manager : 10+ years of experience.
High attention to detail to enable accurate work. Sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
Passion for continuous process improvement and automation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and reliability.
Proficient in the use of MS office products.
Experience in working with or implementing a treasury management system (TMS) preferred.
Experience with SAP and OneStream is preferred but not mandatory.
Insurance experience is a plus.
