We’re looking for a chief business development officer who can look into the future by analyzing data and forecasting trends; is naturally strategic and sees opportunities in the future; and primarily has the ability to exceed company sales growth expectations by creating a rock-solid sales strategy that maximizes people and the brand.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the sales process from lead generation through purchase and renewal.Set company sales and marketing goals based on projections.Lead company sales and marketing strategies that best serve our target client base.Be accountable for and attentive to sales team metrics, communicating progress to leadership on a regular basis.Manage day-to-day performance of direct reports, including VP of sales operations, director of acquisition marketing and team-level sales managers.Maximize team use of CRM and other sales applications, and use data to inform strategy.Lead weekly sales team meetings and collaborate with other team leaders.Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.Hire high-performing salespeople.Implement performance plans.Embody company culture and maintain high team engagement.QualificationsSales and sales management experience.Natural delegator and persuasive motivator that gets results.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.Experience with CRM reporting and management.Experience in working with marketing to achieve sales results.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate team members and collaborate effectively across departments.Background in commercial printing, marketing, and web-based product services is a plus.Compensation and BenefitsSalary—We recognize that our people are our greatest asset.
