Fleet Oversight:
Oversee the maintenance, mechanical repairs, and overall efficiency of the company’s fleet of vehicles.Safety Compliance:
Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.Maintenance Record Management:
Ensure all maintenance record data is kept up to date with the help of the fleet software department.Parts and Inventory Control:
Control the acquisition and inventory of parts, supplies, equipment, tools, hardware, and software.Continuous Maintenance Program:
Manage a continuous maintenance program for fleet vehicles.Emergency Supplies Management:
Order urgent or emergency parts and supplies as needed.Safety Enforcement:
Enforce and supervise the safety of division personnel.Roadside Assistance Preparation:
Keep the roadside assistance vehicle ready to be deployed at any time as needed.Cross-Division Collaboration:
Cooperate with other fleet divisions as necessary.Operational Support:
