ECS is seeking a

Tier 1 Analyst - Service Desk - Lead

to work in our

Washington, DC

office.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Tier 1 team

Create ServiceNow Reports

Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person to customers

Providing basic support for iPhone and Android functions

Track all work in the FCC IT Service Management (ITSM) system

Conduct a monthly service desk ticket review with the team

Measure the quality of services provided to end users

Provide technical support for application and software changes when there would most likely be an influx of calls

Providing excellent customer service via email and in person

Requirements:

Leadership experience

BS degree

CompTIA certification

Salary Range: $70,000-$74,000
