At Cleric, we're building an AI-powered SRE assistant that autonomously manages, repairs, and optimizes complex software environments. We're looking for a staff product manager to bridge the gap between our product and our customers' needs.About the role
At Cleric, we’re taking away one of the most painful parts of being an engineer managing high scale systems. You’re helping our SRE and platform engineer users escape the non-stop drudgery of alerts and spending too much time on repetitive tasks.What You'll Do
Collaborate with our founders daily in our 'product room' to discuss user insights and make key product decisionsBe the voice of the customer, participating in every user call alongside the foundersDrive our product strategy with data-driven insights and a keen understanding of platform engineering pain pointsUnblock our team by maintaining crucial artifacts like user insights, hypotheses, and the product roadmapDefine our UX vision and manage design execution through external contractorsAnalyze product usage data to drive iterative improvementsLead sprint planning, feature prioritization, and roadmap managementWhat You Bring
A "librarian" mindset with a dash of "poet" - you’re a structured data-driven thinker but aren't afraid to trust your intuitionExperience in product management for technical products (AI, developer tools, observability, etc.)Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product developmentThe ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirementsA deep empathy for SREs and platform engineers - you understand the pain of 3 AM alertsPassion for AI and its potential to transform software operationsBasic wireframing skills and an eye for good UXHow we work
