Director, Analytics and Insights
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Analytics and Insights to lead our analytics function across marketing, sales, and operations. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will play a crucial part in driving data-informed strategies and decision-making throughout the organization in order to foster business growth, optimize our operations and improve the overall experience for our care seekers and provider partners.

As the Director of Analytics and Insights, you will:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive analytics strategy, providing clear, actionable insights that align with the company's goals.
Develop executive-level reporting dashboards and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and risks.
Take a leading role in supporting planning and forecasting across all business areas and in monthly and quarterly business reviews
Work with marketing, sales, operations and product to define KPIs and ensure the right methods are in place to evaluate them on a regular basis
Support quantifiable improvements in revenue, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
As a member of the growth leadership team, provide insights and recommendations to drive strategy and areas of opportunity.
Advance consistency and standards of analytics and data driven-decision making across the business while ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across all analytics initiatives.
Partner with data product lead and engineers to evolve data infrastructure, reporting and visualization.
Implement and oversee AI-driven analytics initiatives to enhance predictive capabilities and automate insights generation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection and analysis.
Lead and mentor team of analysts that support key functional areas.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
6+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization
An outcome-based mindset, with a clear understanding of how analytics priorities will impact the P&L
Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools
Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
Understanding of digital marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable business insights
Experience developing and driving initiatives involving AI, machine learning, data science and personalization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and team leadership abilities
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making abilities
Outstanding communicator skilled at sharing vision, building alignment and operating as a strategic partner
Curiosity, humility, and a passion for lifelong learning
