Your team will be in charge of investigating new market opportunities and business models, and develop fact-based client, market, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.ResponsibilitiesWork locations: Lowell, MA & San Jose, CARequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseA minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably focusing on software development.A customer-centric focus on how to deliver business value with a keen understanding of the IT enterprise ecosystem.3 years of experience working with on-premise virtualization (Hypervisors, Storage, Network).Proven ability to work with sales and sales engineering teams.Proven ability to work with development teams in large scale scrum environments.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseProven ability to work with large enterprise customers and executives.Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success.Deep understanding of AI concepts and operations from a software development perspective.Design and development of AI infused applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with the Tekton CI/CD orchestrator, especially as an open-source contributor.About Business UnitIBM Software infuses core business operations with intelligence—from machine learning to generative AI—to help make organizations more responsive, productive, and resilient.
