The pay range for this position is: $100,000 to $110,000.

As the Senior Director of Employment Services, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employment opportunities that transform lives and drive inclusive growth across San Diego County.

Your Role:

As the Senior Director of Employment Services, you'll be a driving force behind our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership:

Oversee and provide strategic leadership to our Employment Services units, including Community Employment Services, Work Activity Centers, and Group Employment Training. Your experience and guidance will ensure exceptional program performance.

Innovation:

Combine your business acumen, relationship-building skills, and client advocacy to secure new contracts, nurture existing ones, and expand our footprint. You'll lead efforts to market services and deliver top-tier placement and support for individuals with disabilities.

Collaboration:

Create an environment of collaboration and accountability, fostering a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in all operational aspects. You'll supervise and mentor our team to maximize their potential and impact.

Strategic Partnerships:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on industry developments. Your leadership will drive continuous quality improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Your experience and expertise will shine in this role if you possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Master's preferred).

At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience, with a background in employment or rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities.

Proven success in program compliance, contract management, and relationship-building with employers and stakeholders.

Experience in project management and budget oversight.

A strong understanding of CA Titles 17 & 22. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team.

A collaborative mindset with the capability to navigate complex challenges and lead change.
