The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the PMS 377 customer.
Responsibilities:Provide the Platform PAPM, COR, and Business/Operations Manager with the development and upkeep of the Platform Business Plans. This includes update of POM budget requirements, coordination of requirements with various activities and develop phasing plans to ensure schedule milestones are met.
Build and update Task Planning Sheets (TPS) in NEPS.
Interact daily with Business/ Operations Manager and the BFM team to transition requirements into execution plans.
Analyze historical tasking, build metrics and develop budgets for all efforts within the cognizance of the Platform PAPM.
Review, evaluate and analyze cost reports from industrial Contractors and progress reports while studying and examining estimates at completion (EAC) and budget variances and providing budgetary advice and recommendations.
Assist CORs where applicable to coordinate staffing plans, pricing for required levels of support, and analysis of contract performance against required levels of support.
Qualifications:
Required:Bachelor’s degree
15 years professional experience in program/project management or relevant equivalent experience.
10 or more years DoD/Navy shipyard experience, including monitoring/documenting construction deficiencies or relevant experience.
Active Secret Clearance
Desired:10 or more years DoD/Navy program management, Government or Industry technical management.
