Store Operations Director (Full-time Hourly) , you will partner with the General Manager (GM) to build and retain a high-performing and diverse workforce. In partnership with the GM, you will lead the store team in meeting EBITDA goals, sales goals, per capita, and all operating and people objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for hiring, training, guest service, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Hiring and developing a team that aligns with Event Network's company core values.Administer store training programs focused on operational excellence, product knowledge, and guest service.Resolve store issues in partnership with Store Leadership and HR.Build strong relationships with team members to align and support the execution of store-specific business results.Foster Partner and Store Support Center team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth.Achieve store’s sales, per cap, and EBITDA budget.Achieve the store’s payroll rate, inventory goal, and expense targets.Consistently looks for methods to reduce expenses for maximum sales productivity.Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive store strategies to meet shrink goals.Responsible for cash wrap functions and assisting Lead Cashier and Service Representatives with returns, price overrides, and extraordinary transactions.Effectively utilize reports to analyze business trends and opportunities to make effective business decisions.Executes short and long-term business goals in partnership with Store Leadership.Required Skills / Qualifications:5+ years of retail management experience required.Strong retail sales background, strong merchandising abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and love to sell.Ability to show dynamic leadership, hire and train staff, and motivate staff to promote maximum performance.Ability to understand and follow all guest service programs.Proven ability to create a positive work environment.Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here represent those that a team member must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
