S&T Org, Digital Products and Services (DPA Team) at PepsiCoThe Digital Evolution is critical to driving PepsiCo’s ambitions around being FASTER, STRONGER, and BETTER. Under the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization, the Digital Products & Applications team designs, builds, and stands up digital solutions across the value chain, that are embedded into business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high ROI. Guided by PEPSICO’s global priorities, the Digital Products & Applications team create user-centric digital products that can be scaled globally by leveraging the leading technologies, advanced analytics algorithms and latest user research.
Responsibilities:
Own and define product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, features and functionality across portfolio with product managers.
Lead strategic product roadmaps in conjunction with various stakeholders, build towards portfolio product recommendations.
Own the business outcome and success of the individual products within the portfolio.
Own and drive tactical execution of product delivery alongside engineering and data science teams.
Lead and mentor teams of Product Managers, Product Analysts, UI/UX Designers & Researchers.
Lead key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues.
Own and drive technical vision alongside engineering team and executive management, influence, and lead cross-functional teams on strategic product direction.
Drive the lifecycle of all products, from inception and build to commercialization and adoption, ensuring the continuous improvement of products.
Lead strategy and development of Commercial products, including all NRM products, DX products, and CRM.
Transformational lead, driving cultural shift and change in mindset to user-centric approach to digital product development.
Define the vision, interpret global business needs, ultimately drive implementation.
Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering.
Work collaboratively with regional and global partners.
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 35% of annual salary paid out annually.
An additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or engineering related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 15+ years of product management focused on enterprise or B2B software with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment, Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience.
Experience having led a high growth team of product managers, analysts, UX designers and researchers.
Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of multiple projects.
Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment.
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs.
Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along.
Ability to lead others without direct authority.
Highly influential and having the ability to educate challenging stakeholders on the role of data and its purpose in the business.
