Job Description - This position is 100% Remote - Preferably from PST
Duties:
Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services
Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing
Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients
Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields
2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company.
Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills
Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly
Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds
Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football
Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
Preferred:
Sports betting industry experience
Experience working with cross functional teams (Engineering teams a plus)
Experience working with API-oriented products
Salary is $55-60,000
