General Manager/Executive Chef

for one of our Corporate Accounts in Greensboro NC!The food landscape will consist of a full-service Corporate Cafe with a built-in Micro-Market and Catering Operations.The

General Manager/Executive Chef

will be the number 1 onsite in addition to the Chef for the business. This position represents a 50/50 split between the GM and Culinary responsibilities. Duties will include but are not limited to:Managing the budget/finances for the businessManaging the client relationshipMenu planningOrderingInventoryLeading and developing a team of 6 hourly employeesCatering productionEnsuring quality and presentation of foodSuccess in this role and in the relationship will require you to:Be innovative every dayAn eye for high-end restaurant quality foodA strong focus on customer serviceThe ideal candidate should have:A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends.Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards and implement company policies.Strong management skills.Working for Sodexo at Corporate locations gives you the opportunity to help people perform better by improving their daily life in the workplace – what we call Quality of Life.
