POSITION SUMMARY

Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is hiring a

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Analyst Lead

to teach, develop, maintain, and update SIGINT training materials and content to meet customer training requirements located in San Diego, California. In this role you will instruct on special operations SI/EW procedures to include survey, collection, dissemination, both tethered and un-tethered and precision geo-location.

As an integral part of our mission, you will teach, develop, maintain, and update SIGINT training materials to ensure our Navy's elite forces remain mission ready. Your expertise will directly contribute to the readiness and effectiveness of Naval Special Warfare operations. This position supports the Naval Special Warfare Command, encompassing the training of Navy service members in Naval Special Warfare Tactical Information Systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

Instruct special operations SI/EW procedures, including survey, collection, dissemination, both tethered and un-tethered, and precision geo-location.

Lead training on targeting networks, individuals within networks, precision-geolocation operations, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.

Utilize your strong briefing skills to effectively instruct SIGINT processes and provide comprehensive guidance on tools and applications.

Employ basic computer applications and established SIGINT databases to support training and product development.

Document and continually improve processes to ensure training materials remain current and effective.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess

an active Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain

an active DoD CI Polygraph.

Lead Instructor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of SOF SIGINT operational experience and shall possess the following experience:

5+ years of SOF SI/EW experience or two years supporting SOF missions.

4 years' experience in SOF SIGINT Mission planning, SIGINT report writing, SIGINT CONOP development, and Inter-Agency approval coordination.

2+ years' experience within the Intelligence Community, to include experience with Classification Guidance, as well as NSA requirements for access and dissemination of Intelligence products.

Minimum of 3 years' experience developing and executing training plans.

2+ years' Digital Forensics and Digital Media Exploitation experience.

2+ years' experience in commercial communications infrastructure characterization.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Maritime Operations, to include: Maritime Domain Awareness and Maritime Tracking and Analysis, Low Visibility/Low Signature (LV/LS) operations OR experience in SOF operations in the maritime environment.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience in declared theater of active armed conflict (DTAAC) SIGINT/Electronic Warfare operations, to include SIGINT/Electronic Warfare equipment operations.

At least 2 years' experience conducting highly complex and relevant scenarios in which SOF-specific program of record (POR) equipment was employed supporting Unit, Theater, and National mission requirements.

At least 1 year of experience managing USSOCOM JTWS POR Equipment, along with experience in USSOCOM POR system capabilities and employment of USSOCOM equipment in multiple environments.

At least 2 years' experience conducting operations supporting SOF SIGINT as defined in each planning level.

MODE 1 and 3 REMOTE Operator.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Former SOF SI and/or EW Analyst.

Teaching experience.

MODE 1 & 3 REMOTE Instructor.

Maritime analytical experience preferably supporting SOF missions.

Master Training Specialist Qualification or comparable service component.
