are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Anesthesia Residency Program Director in Omaha, Nebraska. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical and academic excellence by managing multidisciplinary collaborations.This opportunity offers:Team of 35+ FT physiciansCare team model with medical direction of CRNAsAccreditation in process for Anesthesia residency program and SRNA programDedicated CVORsAcademic Appointment with secured Academic timeEPIC EMRFull Benefits, 401k with Match, Malpractice and Tail Coverage and Relocation supportQualifications:ABA Board certifiedAbility to obtain Nebraska LicensureA minimum of three years post-residency participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited Anesthesia residency programDemonstrate administrative and scholarly activityExceptional communication and leadership skillsResponsibilities:Patient Care:Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.Communication:Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Provide clear and concise medical information.Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.Diagnostic Procedures:Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.Perform procedures as needed.Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.Quality Improvement:Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.Compliance:Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.Participate in ongoing medical education and training.Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.Pay Range:
$221.15 - $225.96 /hour
