As the Senior Data Analyst, Product Digital Restaurant Experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data throughout the entire customer journey, from ordering to post-order care support. You will serve as the primary partner for the Digital Experience Product Management team, supporting various activities such as extracting patterns from post-order care datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to reduce ordering frictions and enhance the overall digital customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with our customer care team, accounting team, and key delivery partners to gather data and generate valuable insights and trends to improve the customer experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and key success metrics.
Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions, improve conversion rates, reduce ordering frictions, and enhance the customer experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform product strategy.
Troubleshoot/assist in identifying order issues throughout the customer journey.
Proactively gather and analyze customer issues to uncover patterns, correlations, and predictive insights.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.
3+ years of experience with guiding improvements through reasoning and analysis.
You have experience working cross-functionally supporting digital products teams and an understanding of key metrics.
You can translate data from multiple sources into relevant and actionable recommendations for digital products and partners.
You have proficiency in scripting and programming skills, working with large datasets, along with SQL expertise.
You are proficient in various data query and data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Splunk, etc.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid listening and presentation skills.
You excel in collaborative environments and work positively with others.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $98,000.00–$132,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
