An OTC Store Manager contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to shoppers, donors, people seeking testing or pharmacy patrons.Within their duties of managing the store, the staff and answering customer’s questions, this position has the opportunity to give exceptional service that enhances the reputation of AHF and encourages customers to return to an OTC. In addition, better sales performance will increase AHF's ability to serve more clients.The Store Manager contributes to OTC and AHF by giving guidance to the staff to increase team morale and efficiency in reaching goals. Store Manager will also give constant feedback to the management on how to improve overall quality of OTC and AHF branding.AHF Commitment
