The Opportunity:Triad Eye Institute, a regionally renowned leader in vision correction, seeks an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer. This will be an inaugural CEO position for Triad Eye Institute as they have recently entered a time of expansion and growth. Triad Eye Institute is comprised of twelve clinics, six ambulatory surgery centers and generates over $50M in revenue each year. They are recognized as the gold standard for laser vision correction, cataracts removal, and treatment of ocular disease in eastern Oklahoma and the surrounding areas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented, strategy-focused executive to join a dynamic, high performing senior leadership and physician team to impact the future of an exceptional organization and the people it serves.The Position:Reporting directly to the Shareholders, the CEO will provide strategic oversight and direction for Triad Eye Institute’s operational and strategic planning to usher the organization into their desired future state. He/She will be responsible for maintaining and evolving a comprehensive strategic plan to support and guide Triad Eye Institute in accomplishing their outlined financial and organizational goals. As the lead strategist, the CEO serves as expert counsel to the shareholders and leadership team on strategic and operational matters. The CEO is charged with the analysis of operational processes and procedures to maximize operational outputs and efficiencies. Working closely with clinical and administrative leadership and staff, the CEO identifies and initiates potential opportunities for growth and expansion regionally, and uses best practices to ensure long-term, sustainable growth for the organization.The Ideal Candidate:An accomplished executive with 5 – 10 years as a senior executive with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a diversified health care environment with multiple locations.Must have a successful track record leading complex organizations; senior leadership experience in multi-site and matrix organizations is strongly preferred.Leadership experience most likely gained within a healthcare provider organization.Ability to partner with Medical Group leadership, including assisting with the development of an updated strategic and operational plan based on growth targets.Experience partnering with a diverse workforce.Candidates must understand the Ophthalmology environment, but candidates from other specialty environments are encouraged to apply.Please direct all inquiries, applications, and referrals to:Richard Heishmanrichard.heishman@amnhealthcare.com
