for a medical solutions company located in San Francisco, CA.The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development and implementation of critical projects. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of customer-focused solutions while optimizing internal processes. offer Visa or any other kind of sponsorship/transfer/C2C at this time.Responsibilities:Lead and manage teams to ensure successful delivery of customer projects and initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams across program management, product development, and implementation to support project timelines.Coordinate with account management and operations teams to evaluate and improve internal systems and workflows.Partner with account management to develop and execute strategic customer account plans.Work closely with quality, clinical, risk management, and engineering teams to define and implement quality control, improvement, and risk management systems.Maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and external projects.Track, report, and manage all project milestones, risks, and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree - required.3-5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on solution delivery - required.1+ year working with IT Engineers and/or Data Engineer teams and Software Development Teams.Experience running Agile Scrums.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Familiarity with Asana, Confluence, and Jira is a nice a to have.Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party vendors.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address obstacles to project success.Experience in enhancing continuous quality improvement systems across various projects.Proficiency in leveraging project management tools to meet deadlines and objectives.PMP certification (preferred).Expected salary compensation: 115k-135kstandard PTO401kStock in Companystandard medical, dental, and visionother company perks!
