Director of Global Supply Chain Finance
to spearhead our finance team and drive excellence across our Global Services Supply Chain organization. This pivotal role encompasses the dynamic spheres of US Distribution, International Supply Chain, Spice Manufacturing, and Equipment Distribution, demanding a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This newly established position and team will report to the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Global Services. Your Mission: Lead and Empower : Oversee and build a dedicated team of finance professionals, fostering an environment of strategic insight and robust financial reporting to elevate our supply chain operations to new heights. Strategize and Optimize : Engage in hands-on analytics, manage the Supply Chain P&L, and craft compelling executive reports and presentations aimed at maximizing profitability and return on investment. Collaborate and Influence : Work closely with senior management across diverse departments, including Procurement, Warehouse, Transportation, HR, and IT to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. Mentor and Develop : Coach and nurture 2-3 direct reports and overall team of 4-5, building a team culture that’s rooted in continuous improvement and entrepreneurial zeal. How You’ll Make an Impact: Shape the Future : Provide critical insights to Procurement and Supply Chain teams, both domestically and internationally, playing a key role in strategic planning and annual budgeting. Drive Change : Partner with the VP of FP&A – Global Services to refine processes and implement innovative solutions that resonate throughout the company. Lead with Insight : Take charge of the financial budget, period, and forecast processes, delivering incisive reporting and forecasting that informs decision-making at the highest levels. Critical Thinking : Lead ad-hoc analyses and spearhead network optimization initiatives, ensuring strategic improvements and operational excellence. Who You Are: A strategic thinker with a
Bachelor’s degree
in finance or a related field, bolstered by
10+ years
of experience in a leadership role within a complex, global organization. A
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
or an advanced finance or accounting certification (CFA, CMA, CPA) is highly desirable. A
proven leader
with a track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence and integrity. Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to
convey complex financial concepts
effectively with cross-functional business partners and senior leadership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results. Minimum of seven years’ experience in a formal leadership position hiring, developing, challenging and motivating staff members to a high level of performance and integrity. Preference to candidates proficient with
Oracle ERP
