Sr. Manager, Global HRISThis position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management of the Company’s HRIS system and is the key driver for the HR technology strategy and vision to automate processes and simplify complex data. Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and priorities. Delivers best HRIS practices to improve organizational effectiveness and performance.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all HRIS operations, ensuring optimal functionality and system security.Develop, implement, and update HRIS strategies and initiatives in line with organizational goals.Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new features rollouts.Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.Program management for HR technology roadmap and HRIS systems integrations.Identify process gaps and create and/or update systems processes.Monitor federal and state regulatory changes and their impact on HR systems.Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain and report on information.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Design and generate standard reports to support management in the areas of workforce analytics as well as required compliance reporting.Create complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitor/oversee the testing of business applications.Oversee the work of the data management team.Monitor and enhance service delivery standards to ensure agreed-upon standards are consistently met or exceeded.Experience required:This position requires overall 10+ years of experience in HRIS and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience leading an HRIS function.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Extensive experience with Workday including experience with HR Analytics, Data visualization, and Workday reporting tools.Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of HRIS system architecture, functionalities, and capabilities.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful insights.Experience with developing dashboards for reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of HR processes and terminologies, and understanding of data privacy laws and regulations related to HRIS.What we offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSAs) and Commuter benefits.401K match and ESPP.Paid time off and paid sick leave.Wellness programs including 1:1 coaching and meditation guidance.Paid parental and pregnancy leave and new parent gift boxes.Family-forming benefits (IVF, Preservation, Adoption etc.).Emergency backup care (Child/Adult/Pets).Pet insurance and Pet Telehealth.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with counseling sessions available 24/7.Free legal services that provide legal advice, document creation, and estate planning.Employee bonus referral program.Student loan refinancing assistance.Employee perks and discounts program.RingCentral is an equal opportunity employer that truly values diversity.
