Summary
The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the import logistics organization with a focus on strategic planning and execution to optimize supply chain processes, improve efficiency, and reduce cost. Oversees the organization's inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, planning and customer & consumer services functions as well as developing and implementing operational systems to monitor and control critical supply chain processes. This role is crucial for managing our supply chain and promoting a culture focused on delighting our customers and driving revenue and profitability.
This position is eligible to work out of any of the Keter North America sites.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Improve overall service level and relationships with customers by increasing product quality and on time in full, resulting in reduced penalties and charges from our customer base.
Diagnose supply chain challenges, anticipating evolving areas of growth and ensuring prompt support for necessary system, process, and physical improvements.
Develop S&OP processes between regions, including supply and production planning, financial reconciliation, and final sign off with focus on accuracy and punctuality to the demand signal.
Develop and manage budgets for supply chain operations, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
Improve response rate and feedback within the consumer service team.
Design and implement a DTC logistics fulfilment model.
Focus on import logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective management of imported products by managing and reducing inventory levels of imported products.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
Lead and mentor supply chain teams, including managers and staff, to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Oversee the implementation and use of supply chain technologies and systems to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
Proactively identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Travel to the Savannah, GA distribution center as needed.

Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field; master’s degree a plus.
10+ years related experience in logistics, distribution, purchasing, or inventory functions.
8+ years managerial experience.
Deep understanding of the Supply Chain function and best practices.
Track record of P&L ownership and driving operational cost improvements.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and technologies, such as ERP systems.
Experience bridging cross-regional/trans-Atlantic teams, in order to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
