Regardless of job titles, our associates have the opportunity to learn new things and be a leader every day.What You'll Bring:10+ years of experience in solution architecting, technical account management, sales engineering, integration consulting or related work experience in a technical client-facing roleBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year universityDeep knowledge about adtech/martech industry; online advertising models (CPM, CPC, etc.) and ad operationsWorking knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTTP, HTML, JSON, cookies/sessions, and REST APIsExperience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages is strongly preferredExperience with big data platforms and large volume data analyticsExperience working with large and complex datasets, and analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies10+ years of experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams - with the ability to breakdown complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills in a highly matrixed organization.Possesses strong problem solving, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.Results oriented with strong time management and project management skills and must be highly organized and driven to succeed.Impact You'll Make:Work closely with product managers and other partner stakeholders (marketing, delivery, legal, engineering) - providing guidance and direction to achieve the vision for partner integrationsLead discussions of the product roadmap for a prioritized portfolio of partnersWork with partners, sales teams, and services teams to identify partner integration use cases and drive key features, enhancements and requirementsMake feature, schedule and cost trade-offs during product planning, feature implementation and live operation and communicate in real time to key stakeholders.Define metrics to ensure product success and drive corresponding requirements to deliver on monitoring and actionability of these metricsParticipate in customer-facing & industry events and user conferences as a product expert/leaderThis role will work closely with the cross functional business leads and Product team members to ensure that our partner integrations are exceeding overall performance plans within products and to the level of expectations of our clients and partnersMaintain the partner data strategy roadmap as it pertains to audience modeling, measurement, identity, and insightsResponsible for aligning Roadmap and Data products with evolving advertising ecosystem changes in data usage & privacy compliance (cookie/ID deprecation, CCPA, GDPR, etc.)Evaluate existing data and analytic platform capabilities and how to manage future data, identity, and analytics platform solutionsProvide consultation and creative solutioning for pre-sales / sales engagements for existing and potential clientsWorks with Product and Engineering to establish feasibility and roadmap for enhancements to Partner Integrations and impact to solutionsMaintains deep knowledge of industry trends, client needs, partner capabilities, and product changes for assigned integrations and the channels they fall withinProvide consultation and guidance regarding vertical specific needsExternal contacts are typically senior management of TransUnion clients, customers, vendors, government agencies, or media relations.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Benefits:TransUnion provides flexible benefits including flexible time off for exempt associates, paid time off for non-exempt associates, tuition reimbursement, additional (following any short-term disability) 10 weeks of parental leave with gradual return, adoption assistance, fertility coverage, spousal and domestic partner benefits, charity gift matching, employee stock purchase plan, retirement contributions with employer match, organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks, and access to TransUnion's Employee Resource Groups.We are committed to being a place where diversity is not only present, it is embraced. The salary range for this position is $157,205.00 - $266,500.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s).
