Seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Analytics to lead a team of pricing scientists and support data-driven revenue growth strategies. This role is critical to enhancing business performance by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.Responsibilities:Lead a team of pricing scientists to develop and execute advanced analytics models, including price optimization, segmentation, and demand modeling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth strategies align with business goals and market conditions.Monitor key business KPIs and regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the scalability and robustness of models and tools.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and analytical rigor.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field5+ years of experience in pricing, data science, or related fieldsStrong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learningProficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL and experience with data visualization toolsUnderstanding of price optimization techniques, demand modeling, and forecasting.Experience with controlled experiments (A/B testing) and test-and-learn methodologies in a commercial context.Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and development.Additional Information:
