It is an all-in-one creative tool that makes design and content creation fast, fun, and streamlined for everyone, and enables anyone to stand out.We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to build and lead an impactful team of sales professionals (Express Product Specialists) to bring Adobe Express into the Enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.Excitement to work in a changing, fast-paced startup-like environment where quickly evolving the strategy will be required is a must. If you are passionate about our mission of empowering everyday users to create, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are excited by market-leading customers, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOLeadership and Team ManagementRecruit, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales account managers.Coach and mentor a team of Account Executives to enable success.Build a hard-working collaborative environment that encourages deep partnerships with cross-functional teams.Strategic Account ManagementSupport your team with their planning and prioritization of sales activities across customer accounts, focusing on high potential growth opportunities.Use a collaborative approach to help customers achieve their strategic objectives, using analytical and selling skills to understand their business requirements and to build a value proposition based on their needs.Customer EngagementBuild and maintain positive relationships with key customers and team members.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and upsell opportunities.Sales Performance and Accurate Forecasting and ReportingEmploy sales data analysis, market research, and customer feedback to create strategies and programs to bolster the performance of your sales team through the identification of market trends to find opportunities and challenges.Translate sales analysis and activity into accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports with proper CRM sales process tracking.What you need to succeedA builder and ‘start-up’ mentality; understanding the goal is to own the success of Express.Expert in pitching Adobe Express and demoing the product yourself so you can teach and effectively coach your team.Curiosity, resilience, and a knack for generating creative ideas to bring value to customers.Demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.Experience developing individual contributors in their careers and helping them achieve success in their roles.Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and end users.5+ years in a similar role leading teams that support SaaS organizations.Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account.Ability to work successfully in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with all other sales ecosystem.Ability to quantitatively assess your sales funnel to ensure your team is operating at peak efficiency and can hit targets and/or adjust as needed.Active participation in 10+ customer-facing meetings per week for your Account Representatives.Experience in selling emerging technology is a bonus.Experience with high velocity/moderate ASP businesses/products.
