Your success requires being able to navigate low- and high-altitude work simultaneously, balancing short-term tactical experiments with longer-term strategic bets that will deliver transformational change for this product space.

You'll report to our Director of Merchant Design in our Merchant Design team in our Product Design org. This role is hybrid, working 2-3 days a week onsite and the rest working from home.

Be motivated by early stage product development.

Own the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions

Work on complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward.

Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs

Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

We're excited about you because…

You have 5+ years of work experience and a portfolio showcasing your ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale. You have experience leading new initiatives and achieving success in a team environment.

You see yourself as a 0-1 designer who specializes in validating market fit for brand-new products. You can propose creative concepts and seamlessly transition to alternative plans.

You are passionate about driving product strategy and vision for new product areas

You skilfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions

You value high quality well crafted visual design, and care about the details
