We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our empowered product team at HealthEdge. Our product teams are cross-functional and durable, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, several engineers, and QE. We have divided our product teams into Value Streams (i.e., Claims, Billing & Financials, Enrollment, BlueCard, Integration, and Platform) to deliver exceptional value for our stakeholders.As a Director of Product Management, you will lead one of these Value Streams, playing a critical role in driving innovation in healthcare and delivering products that make a difference in our customers' lives. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of product managers to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.Your responsibilities include creating a high-level vision, defining product requirements, performing market research, and assisting in go-to-market strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, implementation, commercialization, sales, and marketing teams to execute our product roadmap.The Product:With HealthRules Payer, our integrated solutions suite includes the industry's leading claims administration processing system, business intelligence, integration capabilities, and home and host processing support available on both public and private clouds. Raise the performance bar with every hire.What You Bring:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Experience: 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, B2B Enterprise SaaS.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs.Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies.HealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports diverse representation.
