This position creates strategy for growth at all properties within the assigned region(s). Additionally, the Senior Vice President, Operations leads strategic plans and quarterly and annual business reviews with the clients to maintain a strong business partnership. This role also creates analysis of client’s results and performance to target where Avenue5 products and services are most valuable to the client.Primary Responsibilities And ObjectivesProvide leadership and direction to regional leaders, corporate and property associates and assist with any associate, payroll, accounting, information systems, legal, and risk management issuesLead the annual budget, business planning, variance reporting and reforecasting processes through the year for corporate departments and propertiesUnderstand the client and company’s business objectives to ensure maximization of client accountsServe as a member of the Avenue5 corporate senior leadership team and strategic business partner responsible for revenue growth to existing and large complex clients and partners in the regionParticipate in setting long and short-term objectives for the company including strategic plans for operations and personnelRun corporate regional offices to ensure outstanding staff members are hired, maximum utilization of personnel and effective use of resourcesMonitor resident satisfaction and retention and other key performance indicatorsArbitrate and resolve escalated issuesUnderstand the market landscape including pricing trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, client requirements, new and emerging trends, and real estate management strategiesEstablish, implement, and manage strategic plans for the pursuit of new businessResponsible to achieve growth and operational KPIs for named portfolio clients as well as corporate regional departmentsServe as the strategic leader for all aspects of the relationship with the client including communications, planning, education, problem resolution, and othersProvide subject matter expertise to clients to ensure product utilization is optimalMaintain an expert knowledge of features, functionality, and benefits for all Avenue5 products and servicesOversee presentations for quarterly business reviews and strategic plansAssess revenue and profit potential for all properties for portfolio clientsParticipate in special company and industry events and conferences to support client developmentManage RFP and RFI responses. Work with the business development team to ensure successful presentations and achievement of new business targets.Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with clients and other client meetings as requestedCollaborate with internal Avenue5 leaders, teams, and associatesVisit properties and regional offices on a regular basisEducation And ExperienceHigh school diploma is required.
