The Work (Role Responsibility)
Lead large-scale programs that identify, design, and implement business and technology solutions to solve our client's challenges, mainly within the Regulatory domain.
Define use cases and business cases for applying modern technology in the Regulatory space, including digital and applied intelligence.
Evaluate clients’ current technology supporting product development and regulatory compliance strategies.
Assess and design complex business transformations across the core components of an operating model within and outside the Regulatory organization.
Lead analysis of their current product development and R&D strategies.
Advise clients on how they can use the next generation of capabilities and operating models to become data-driven, AI-enabled organizations.
Design and deploy change management projects that set up clients for long-term success.
Build relationships with senior clients that help Accenture become a trusted partner.
Drive business development efforts and help build the Accenture Consulting practice.
Develop Accenture’s thought leadership and technical expertise in pharmaceutical, med tech, and/or biopharma R&D.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of consulting experience.
At least 10 years of experience working in the Life Sciences R&D industry, with a significant focus/experience in the regulatory domain.
A Bachelor’s degree.
Bonus Points If (Preferred Skills)
Your Bachelor’s degree has a major in science or health engineering.
A deep understanding of pharma, med tech, and/or biopharma R&D and product life cycle processes and technologies.
You’ve worked in a top-tier consulting firm with a strong emphasis on management consulting.
You have a network of existing clients in the Life Sciences field.
You’ve got deep strategic consulting experience including solving big issues on time and on budget.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
