JOB SUMMARY

Oshkosh Aerotech, LLC., is a leading provider of Maintenance Services to Airlines throughout North America. With a steadfast dedication to excellence, we deliver 24/7 on-site service, respond to emergency call-outs, and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure peak performance for our esteemed clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership Excellence:

Provide daily guidance to Site Supervisors to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate personnel scheduling, manage work orders, enforce safety protocols, and optimize productivity plans with oversight and cross-utilization of different work groups.

Team Empowerment:

Foster a supportive environment by providing on-the-job training and mentorship to team members. Continuously strive for improvement in team dynamics and customer satisfaction.

Operational Optimization:

Develop and refine processes and documentation to streamline operational activities, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization. Oversee day-to-day operations, manage emergencies, and maintain communication with Customers, Airlines, and TSA. Supervise administrative tasks such as HR management and invoicing, ensuring all contract requirements are fulfilled.

Safety Advocacy:

Promote adherence to company safety standards and procedures. Cultivate a culture of safety awareness and compliance among all team members.

Flexibility and Initiative:

Available for 24/7 calls and demonstrate flexibility by working day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proactively take on additional duties as required. Attend scheduled and on-demand meetings, system training sessions, tours, and inspections requested by the Airports Authority and/or user Airlines.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver’s License.

Experience:

Ten years of supervisory or managerial experience at a large hub airport.

Skills:

Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in computer skills for trending, queries, and performance analysis of maintained systems.

Required:

Ability to obtain necessary airport security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

Capable of lifting and moving up to 49 pounds. Agility to work in various environments, including outdoors on an airport ramp and in confined spaces around aircraft and baggage conveyor systems.

Work Environment:

Office, baggage conveyor system near moving machinery, active airport ramps, vehicles, and aircraft.

Pay Range:

$82,000.00 - $132,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
