Senior Task Manager

Position SummaryDarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Senior Task Manager to support high-level ODNI organizations in McLean, VA. The role involves managing tasking through systems like N-CERTS and CATS, coordinating inter-agency actions, and preparing training materials. The selected individual will oversee the processing of ODNI staff packages, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of task management.

Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide task management support to Senior Executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.Receive and process tasking through various platforms, ensuring alignment with agency requirements.Route staff taskers and manage coordination requests across administrative management systems.Facilitate actions by liaising with relevant customer elements, the Intelligence Community (IC), and other U.S. Government and private sector entities.Develop training materials, including detailed playbooks and written instructions, to guide the preparation and processing of staff packages.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience; or, in lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.Current TS/SCI clearanceCurrent Counterintelligence Polygraph.Experience supporting senior executive-led organizations, particularly at the Assistant Director level.Proficient in handling tasking through multiple management systems.Skilled in processing and routing staff taskers and coordinating actions within all administrative systems.Salary Range$120,000 - $124,000 per yearThis pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
