In 2022, ESET launched a global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to supporting large companies and public institutions with bespoke cyber security solutions. The Corporate Solution (CS) division is scaling up its cyber security professional services team that advises our corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced and outcome-oriented

Senior Corporate Cyber Security Advisor .In this role, you will work with leadership of our prospective and current clients and advise them on their overall cyber security challenges and enhancement/transformation to improve their cyber security resilience considering current and future risks. This includes assessment/review of their enterprise security architecture and technologies, people skills and capabilities, organization and processes. Understanding high-level cyber security solutions/technology across the cyber security vendors' landscape is needed to provide relevant product-agnostic advisory for our clients. Your work and advisory on cyber security will span across various industries (mostly telecoms, banking, energy, and manufacturing).You will work closely with other advisory services team members (consultants, solution architects, etc.), frequently in a leadership or coaching role, who will lead and complement the project team. In addition, your deep know-how of corporate cyber security will complement other CS teams during the sale and delivery of solutions for our corporate customers.Your Responsibilities:Support customer discussions to understand, validate, and formalize customer needs and context, as well as evidence of specific problems they face.Review and advise on client high-level enterprise security architecture and identify gaps and areas for improvements tailored to meet client needs and context.Review and advise on organization set-up of security teams and high-level processes to enhance/upgrade client cyber security resilience.Work with senior client business stakeholders to understand and assess cyber security systems and controls from a cyber resilience perspective.Evaluate client overall cyber security strategies (technology, organization, high-level processes).Advise on possible improvements of client cyber security architecture, working closely with other team members.Assess effectiveness of deployed (stand-alone) security solutions against client cyber security priorities and business criticalities.Assess high-level IT security components (such as endpoint security, network security, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, ARM, vulnerability monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, identity and access management, etc.).Translate various (stand-alone) security components into comprehensive cyber security multilayer protection solutions improving client cyber resilience.Evaluate and recommend new cyber security organization/processes, technologies, and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.Able to drill down to relevant details as required.Able to effectively communicate and deliver key messages at senior executive level (including C-level) on the client side.Able to work with the vendor ecosystem and specialized technology boutiques to help improve ESET positioning and integrations build-up.Be a coach and source of expert knowledge for the professional service team about cyber security technologies, trends, and solution vendors.Work with division leadership to shape its future market offerings.Our Expectations & Requirements:15+ years of experience in advisory, preferably Big4 or similar.Track record in design/transformation/execution of major (cyber security) technology/organization/process changes with company-wide impact.Track record in advising corporate customers on cyber security and technology across various industries.Strong experience with cyber security solutions and information technologies on a corporate level.Able to effectively communicate and represent ESET externally at different levels, including CxO levels in corporate clients.Market and client development skills with excellent market and client knowledge and proven sales record.Solid knowledge of cybersecurity product portfolio & services or major global vendors.Outcome-oriented.Entrepreneurial, self-starter & self-driven.Sharp decision-making and outcome focus.Team player and able to adapt to different cultures quickly.Curious, understanding market and technology trends as well as emerging risks.Job Requisition:
