What you'll do In the position of Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and delivering solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Docusign’s Go To Market processes & applications. As a Lead Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with Docusign’s GTM teams and your scrum team to deliver projects that will scale our business. The successful candidate will understand Salesforce & Quote-to-Cash(QTC) functionality and translate business needs into technical requirements & solutions that delight your internal customers. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Applications. Responsibility Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and applications teams for planning quarterly initiatives and enhancements Develop the roadmap, vision and deliver the systems and experience to scale and reimagine Docusign’s Quote-to-Cash(QTC) experience Provide subject matter expertise related to Sales and Quote-to-Cash(QTC) initiatives Collaborate with business partners and sponsors to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements and solutions Map product adoption to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Facilitate requirements workshops to refine expected business outcomes, create & groom backlog into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear definition of done. Lead team backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions Incorporate outside-in perspective and influence stakeholders to build a scalable product Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solution meets MVP requirements; including tracking issue resolution and obtaining sign-off Participate in change management and go-live support Deliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprint Collect, organize and analyze data in order to track and share metrics with leadership and project stakeholders

What you bring Basic Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems 12 years experience in product management implementing Quote-to-Cash(QTC) Commerce applications in high technology/subscription software organizations Knowledge of business processes related to Lead to Order Experience working on an agile scrum team Preferred CPQ Certifications Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems Experience in reimagining the organization’s commerce experiences

Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and

benefits .
