Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for research, architecture, and engineering activities that maintain and enhance the company's telecommunications hardware, software, and services.
The position requires deep knowledge in RF technology and DOCSIS PHY specifications and MAC technologies DOCSIS MULPI & OSSI specifications.
The candidate will work on the creation of next generation DOCSIS technology and its PHY/ MULPI/OSSI specifications.
Collaborates with product, engineering, and operation teams to create technical requirements for newly proposed products and services and deliver proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the proposed technologies and works with the teams to deploy these technologies.
The candidate must have a working knowledge in various access technologies including HFC DAA, DOCSIS, and PON.
The required skills for the above access technologies include system architecture and testing that enable the successful creation of system requirement documents, design documents, migration strategies, strategic roadmaps, and proof of concepts.
