You have the sales skills to deliver revenue growth and achieve targets set while building for future business. You will find success by being a motivated, collaborative, teammate who is both strategic and creative. This is a fast-paced, brand facing role that requires industry expertise and proven experience leading, developing and driving innovative partnerships.This full time position is remote based in New York City, LA or San Francisco and will report to Group Director, Verticals.You will:
Deliver short-term and long-term sales targets through new business development, pipeline creation and key account management.Guide strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations utilizing Roblox's immersive media solutions.Build and pitch creative growth and revenue-driving strategies to meet brands needs.Manage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtually.Alongside Group Director, build the Roblox for Brands approach for dedicated vertical categories, develop narratives, playbooks, and build compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data.Keep up with social media, entertainment and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners.Partner with Account Managers to develop evaluation methods to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports.You have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.8+ years of Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships experience leading businesses or accounts.Experience in working with large complex clients in the technology, telecommunications and gaming verticals.Knowledge of the advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital and brand marketing.Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and sophisticated strategic partnerships while meeting and exceeding sales goals.Proven sales success.For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
