The Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) is a corporate data repository that makes accessible historical and current business relevant data from disparate data sources residing within Freddie Mac's transaction processing and end-user systems into one relational database for decision support, management reporting, ad-hoc and trend analysis, modeling, and data mining purposes.We are also leading the change to build Cloud Native Data Warehouse in Snowflake using our Cloud Native Data Lake platform that enable consolidating, centralizing and consuming shared data for the enterprise to serve various data analytics and reporting needs!The Development ETL team promotes a more collaborative and productive work environment by bringing development, testing and operations together. It is the combination of ETL and Cloud skills, process, practices, and tools that enhances our ability to deliver services at large scale with high velocity and reliability!Your Impact:

Lead team of ETL developers, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions to existing issues.Find gaps in the existing processes, constantly improve the processes/procedures, automate manual tasks and provide stability to the applications.Participate in Requirements Analysis; participate in the designing of solutions based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deploy applications.Contribute to the enhancement of department application development/delivery standards, tools and processes.Able to do analysis and make code changes to the DataStage ETL, Java, Talend (Cloud), and Unix jobs.Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in DataStage (ETL), shell scripting, and DB2/Oracle SQL skills, Mainframe JCL, Cobol, SAS.2+ years of demonstrated ability with Cloud Stack in AWS, Talend (Integration Tool), Snowflake (Cloud computing data storage and analytic service), Spark, etc.Experience with IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services), Informatica Power Center, and Talend.Strong analytical and development skills required to trouble the issues and developed effective solutions.Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL, DB2 or Sybase database, and Stored Procedures.Good attitude that will allow the team to perform better, work as a great teammate.Innovative in providing solutions, likes to take on challenges with calculated risks.Experience in all aspects of system development life cycle methodologies including waterfall and/or agile development.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience.Keys to Success in this Role:

site.This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $116,000 - $174,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
