Manage the development of a solid and comprehensive enterprise technology infrastructure, maintain an efficient and effective operation environment, and deliver high quality and timely services that support the strategic and tactical IT operations of Safran Group in the US.Direct the development and delivery of technologies to improve business continuity.Oversee IT security planning and operations, ensuring cybersecurity rules and policies are followed.Create business strategies and objectives, and propose methods for implementation.Analyze IT/IS needs for functional business operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to assess system capacity and equipment investment with local top management and Safran Central IT.Oversee computer systems, networks, security, hardware, software, and applications.Align business operations to utilize information technologies yielding improved processes and efficiencies.Enforce Safran Group IT policies and services in Safran activities, including cybersecurity policies, Group critical infrastructure services, Group IT & Digital standards, Group IT contracts, and IT governance rules.Promote the adoption of best practices among IT teams and help IT teams report difficulties or requirements to the Central Group IT teams.Provide the required specific Group IT services via SUSA, paying particular attention to quality of service, cybersecurity, and budgets.Manage and control Safran USA IT budgets and resource allocation, maintain department budget, and participate in budget development and monitoring.Manage plans for systems development and operations, hardware & software purchases, budget & staffing.Manage and coordinate any IT related topic for Safran USA entities (Irving Tx, Cincinnati OH, Alexandria VA).Support IT for Safran Shared Services in Queretaro, Mexico.Lead day-to-day service desk support to Safran Nacelles Americas, Safran Helicopter US, Safran Power Units US.Direct Safran USA IT Managers: Infrastructure Manager, Service Desk Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager and their respective team members.Manage the development, implementation, installation and operation of IT; ensure day-to-day operation of the information infrastructures and business applications.Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems policies and control to ensure data accuracy, security, strong internal control, and legal compliance.Provide support in the selection, procurement, and maintenance of software and hardware.Contribute to ensure efficient purchasing and good quality of services.Actively contribute to identifying and implementing cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.Ensure KPIs are followed and meeting the targets.Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans; handle computer operation scheduling (backup).Lead the migration of Safran USA to AWS Cloud.Complementary Description

Lead, coordinate, and support Safran corporate projects in the Americas.Coordinate collaboration and relationship with Safran Corp and Safran Companies in the Americas Region.Lead, maintain, and improve Safran USA Datacenter located in Dallas.Host and manage corporate network, computing and application on Safran USA DC.Deploy technologies on Safran USA Datacenter in accordance with Safran Group Standards.Follow and comply with Safran Minimum Security Rules.Lead US DOD Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification in coordination with Safran Corp and companies.Lead and deploy Office 365 GCCH in US.Responsible in coordination with Safran Corp for developing and implementing Safran Central Global shared IT services strategies, policies, and procedures.Promote and support business digital transformation.On Call Duty:

Bachelor's degree (M.A.) or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to manage and administrate Infrastructure Architecture, Network security, firewall, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Server and Desktop Virtualization, router, network switches, VLANs, VPN tunneling, MPLS networks, and telephony systems, backup and other Disaster Recovery.Vendor management to maintain key IT partners relationships.AWS Cloud experience.Able to manage multiple priorities maintaining ownership and commitment.
