We're looking for a results-driven UX/UI Designer to create high-converting digital experiences for our web and mobile products. You'll work closely with our experienced Product Managers to shape product strategy and deliver designs that drive measurable business results. Your role will be crucial in improving conversion rates and overall product performance.
Requirements
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and attention to detail
Figma Expert - You’re comfortable working with design systems, components, variables, auto-layout, etc..
Experience in prototyping with Figma - You don’t deliver just mockups, but fully functional interactive prototypes.
Experience in performance-oriented funnels and landings where conversion is a primary requirement
Strong understanding of user behavior & psychology
Strong understanding of responsive design best practices (many of our projects are mobile first)
Understanding front-end development principles at a basic level - You won’t be required to write code, but you need to have an idea how something you’ve designed is gonna be implemented in the real world.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience working in fast-paced product teams
Nice to have
Background as a designer for B2C or SaaS products
Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization
Experience in creating beautiful custom illustrations and/or 3d graphics for web
Experience in motion design/animations for web
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, CRO, Marketing, other design coworkers, and engineering.
Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, and technical constraints into the design.
Create interaction designs.
Design user-centric, conversion-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create detailed high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency across products
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth hand-off and pixel-perfect implementation
