As a Business Development Representative at Clockwork, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, helping to build relationships and uncover opportunities for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-energy team and contribute directly to the success of a cutting-edge software startup.Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking events.Qualify Opportunities:
Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and fit for Clockwork’s FP&A software. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and set up meetings for the sales team.Nurture Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, keeping them informed about Clockwork’s offerings and staying top-of-mind until they are ready to move forward.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. Provide feedback on lead quality and help optimize outreach efforts.Track and Manage Pipeline:
Use CRM tools to track and manage all interactions with prospects.
