Job Description:
Our client is enhancing its constituent engagement through a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to design, implement, and maintain this system, ensuring effective resolution of citizen issues and requests.
Job Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.Design comprehensive solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans.
Implementation and Customization
Lead the configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.Create plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
Project Management
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.Conduct testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior developers and team members.Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.Promote best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.Conduct workshops and presentations on Dynamics 365 capabilities.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant AssociateEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
