SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment of medical providers (e.g., physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and massage therapists) and medical traveler providers. This role involves organizing recruitment events, developing recruitment materials, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with the company's goals. The specialist will work closely with executive leaders and external candidates to fulfill staffing needs, promote the organization, and meet workforce demands. The Senior Healthcare Recruitment Specialist contributes to the accomplishment of human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

SKILLS & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent computer and software skills, including Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop, etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with event planning and organizing recruitment campaigns.

Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as Paycom.

Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact).

Familiarity with healthcare recruitment regulations, licensing, and credentialing requirements.

General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

Skills in database management and record keeping.

Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

Must be well-organized and detail-oriented.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.

Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Previous HR experience.

Previous medical provider recruitment experience.

Experience with Microsoft programs (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, TEAMS).

Experience with graphic design and presentation software (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Publisher, etc.).

SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent

AND

2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector or recruitment of medical professionals and/or training

OR

equivalent combination of education/experience.
