Alongside a team of other talented engineers, you will play a leading role in ensuring our APIs, analytics platform, and other apps are always up and running and are operating efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the p2p nodes and traditional apps are running as smoothly as possible with zero downtimeTroubleshoot all deviations from “zero downtime” alongside developers, including but not limited to debuggingCommunicate with external community members and partners in troubleshooting their issues and participating in the ecosystem as peer nodesSecure our systems from common web2 vulnerabilities (e.g. DDoS)Create monitoring and alerting systems to preempt all potential issuesParticipate in on-call duties alongside developersProactively identify the need for and create automationsAid in software engineering responsibilities (mostly Golang, some Python and Shell)Key Requirements:

3+ years as DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in a high-volume production settingAWS masteryUnderstanding of how common p2p networks work on a deep technical levelPrior software engineering experiencePrior experience with Postgres or similar databasesAdvanced knowledge of monitoring and alerting toolsDemonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, constantly shifting environmentKnowledgeable in the Web3 Crypto/DeFi space with a solid grasp of recent global trends and use casesPreferred Requirements:

Prior experience building open source developer tooling and interacting with open source communitiesFamiliarity with the Cosmos SDK, enhancing your ability to contribute to our protocol developmentUnderstanding of Solidity, with an interest in smart contract development
