Travel is required.The Accreditation Program Manager has a key staff role in supporting the Health System with compliance to accreditation standards as well as state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Services, the position will manage processes for external accreditation, licensure, and certification of system acute care entities and other facilities; perform staff duties in support of system initiatives; and take a lead role in developing and implementing new processes, technologies, and resources for knowledge transfer related to accreditation services programs. In addition, this role supports, in partnership with Patient Safety, the implementation of Caring Reliably and processes to support Providence in becoming a transparent, learning organization.This person will occasionally travel to work on site at our ministries. At minimum you will spend 3 to 5 days on site twice a month so it is important that you reside within a reasonable distance from one of our office locations in the states listed above.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
