Infosys McCamish SystemsSenior Technology ArchitectIn the role of Technical Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of relevant work experience in the job description.ResponsibilitiesParticipate and assist in road map discussion & planning for VPAS CSWD product as part of scaled agile framework.Work with team and provide guidance on quality, process and architectural frameworks in planning reuse as well as use of tools to improve technical quality and productivity of the project.Participate in planning and execution activities to meet NFRs for the product.Participate in discussions for user story refinements to provide guidance on architecture & implementation guidelines as well as non-functional requirements like performance, security, availability, scalability etc.Participate in discussions and planning to provide insights using Solution design, Solution configuration and Solution roll out methods on complex coding and technical as well as product issues to ensure effective solution development.Provide inputs for build and deployment automation strategy by use of various deployment & code management pipeline solutions.Perform the comparative analysis frameworks and features to define technology solution in a pursuit using best practices, tools, techniques in all life cycle stages.Provide guidance on estimation for the technology framework usage for team members.Anchor PoC development if required to validate proposed technical solution and mitigate technical risk.Create & maintain artifacts to support effective knowledge management within the team.Wherever relevant, coordinates tasks, sets goals and targets, reviews outputs, and gives performance-based feedback to ensure that the deliverables are as per the required standards.Lead the technology team and ensure the delivery of all aspects of the project using PEGA Infinity 8.8.3 platform.Lead design & implementation initiatives for VPAS CSWD Call Center, Back Office, Claims & Operations dashboard products.Act as a single point of contact for all design & implementation reviews for technology deliverables by the team.Outline platform upgrade strategy for the Pega PRPC tool used for the development of VPAS CSWD Product.Guide, mentor & enable project team on tools & best practices for product development using PEGA PRPC platform.Work closely with BPO operations & client delivery teams to understand new requirements & enhancements. Provide guidelines & solution architecture direction for the project team towards implementation of said requirements.Suggest areas of improvement & automation for the BPO team processes via introduction of delegated & configurable process management rule engine components.Drive & participate in defining scope, estimation, identification and remediation of risks and issues for product releases.Interact with customers / end users and participate in business and system requirements sessions.As scrum master, work with other scrum masters to strategize and coordinate project dependencies.Set development standards, guardrails, code management standards & related best practices, ensuring the quality of deliverables by performing thorough design & implementation reviews.Work with organization solution design & sales teams to provide solution estimates and assist in product demos.Support new client RFP/RF.About UsInfosys BPM, the business process management subsidiary of Infosys (NYSE: INFY), provides end-to-end transformative services for its clients across the globe.
