Date: Sep 23, 2024Location: Fremont, CA, US, 94538Worker Category: Virtual FlexAs development lead in the Enterprise Applications group at Lam Research you will be responsible for leading multiple projects in the SharePoint customization and integration space. You will be strategizing, designing, and building customizations in the SharePoint and M365, as well as other various customizations integrating with Azure resources, workflows in Power Automate, and other processes built in C# and other common scripting languages.The Group You’ll Be A Part Of
This role is a part of the Business and Enterprise Solution Team in Global Information Systems.Who We’re Looking For
Able to mentor and advise junior level coders/programmers.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Proven ability to work in and lead in a team environment, and to build effective working relationships, ability to work independently.Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle.10+ years of experience in SharePoint on-prem/online application development. Hands-on coding experience required.5+ years of experience in Azure and Microsoft Power Platform.What You’ll Do
Collaborate with process leads, business SMEs to provide support and direction for custom applications and processes.Lead small team of contractor developers to mentor, assign, and delegate project work, break fixes, and incidents.Hands-on lead of development team to design and support customizations written in .net and customizations in SharePoint.Ownership and management of custom development and leadership of contract resources.Perform technical analysis to identify and troubleshoot any code or structure-related issues.Analyze current solutions for possible improvements and enhancements.Develop collaborative relationships with key business sponsors and IT resources for the efficient resolution of work requests.Utilize technical and domain knowledge to develop and implement effective solutions; provide hands-on mentoring to team members through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile practices.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.Our Commitment
