Senior Inside Sales Representative for Clinical Effectiveness (CE);
you will use your expertise in healthcare information technology, medical informatics, relationship building, and networking in the healthcare market to expand the use of Clinical Effectiveness solutions for healthcare institutions within your assigned territory. You will work in collaboration with a Field Account Manager and will manage the retention and growth of existing customers along with the acquisition of new customers. You will report to the Associate Director, Inside Sales – Health Clinical Effectiveness (CE). Additional job responsibilities are as follows:You Will:Opportunity Identification & DevelopmentCoordinate with Field Account ManagerIdentify target opportunity and stakeholdersFacilitate outreach and background information collection with new opportunityIdentify and build relationships with key stakeholdersConduct customer needs assessmentQualify target opportunity based on account value, threats, and barriersDetermine opportunity accountability and responsibilities by role for active selling phaseActive SellingDiscover customer needsCommunicate product value proposition and solution designCustomize value proposition/solution and product solution proposalDevelop and review implementation scopeObtain solution acceptanceCoordinate with Field Account Manager team to implement collaborative active selling functions including: contract creation, terms and conditions development, quoting, and contract modificationsConduct contract reviews, pricing, negotiationObtain final signature and finalize orderCustomer ManagementReview account utilization management reportingConduct account review meetingsProvide ad-hoc customer support and issue routingCollaborate with Marketing in account communications planning and marketing campaignsIdentify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunitiesComplete contract renewalsYou Have:Education:
College/University degree or equivalent relevant work experienceMinimum Experience:3+ years in a comparable B2B inside/virtual sales or account management position including the following:Building relationships and presenting to key decision-makersDemonstrating and communicating value of complex products/technologiesConstructing, presenting, and implementing a Territory Business PlanPartnering with and supporting field-based teams to achieve mutual goalsProven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team-based targetsProficiency with Microsoft product suite and Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM applicationDesired Attributes:Healthcare industry sales or account management expertisePrior sales of an intangible product; HIT, Software/SaaS or digital contentAbility to balance multiple internal and external business prioritiesExcellent administrative/organizational skills and process-orientationTRAVEL:
