Our product engineers are integral to delivering high-quality software, which includes testing.As a product engineer, you will work with our cross-functional global team of product engineers and developers. You will be actively involved with testing, designing and delivering next generation AI Assistants in ArcGIS Enterprise using software development and quality assurance practices.If you are passionate about software quality, geospatial technology, natural language processing and can develop a deep understanding of our products and customer needs, this is the place to be!Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of an automation framework specifically tailored for Large Language ModelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of LLM automation into the testing processTriage and address reported issues in the softwareParticipate in, and improve manual testingEngage with feature teams to troubleshoot inconsistent resultsCommunicate project status regularly to the teamRequirements

1 year of Python programming experienceKnowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts and techniques.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective time management, and organizational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's in GIS, geography, engineering, computer science, or related fieldsRecommended Qualifications

Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online or other geospatial technologyExperience with popular testing tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)Experience working with Linux and Windows OSTotal Rewards

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $68,640 - $98,592 USD.About Esri
