Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Data Quality Analyst. The Data Quality Analyst is a member of the Operational Excellence team responsible for performing quality assessments on data elements and structures to document and evaluate integrity and completeness of Weichert Workforce Mobility system data.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Executes data quality assessments and audits to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies with a focus on data elements that drive financial performance and revenue generation.
Promptly logs and escalates instances of non-compliance.
Prepares regular reports detailing data quality performance and containing actionable insights.
Partners with the Business Process and Technology teams to update processes and enhance systems to improve quality management standards.
Collaborates with the Technical Training Team to provide users with best practices for data entry and maintenance.
Participates in the development of Quality Management Plans and SOPs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems or Computer Science a plus) or prior related on-the-job experience.
Driver’s license required.
Three (3) or more years' experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role.
Relocation industry experience is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a love for technical challenges, and a willingness to learn and innovate.
Familiarity with data management tools and databases.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel including the use of formulas and VBA macros.
Competence in data profiling and assessment to evaluate data sets.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high standards of data quality.
Understanding of data quality principles and data governance frameworks.
Capability to develop quality standards and service level agreements that align with business objectives.
Ability to work independently and in team-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Ability to manage and build strong relationships.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
