An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Sales Compensation space, and will be an expert in BIE tools and processes. You will have excellent SQL, ETL, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.Key job responsibilities
Run large initiatives to improve efficiency & accuracy, and timeliness of Sales Compensation related insights.Develop new ways to define and measure sales plan & programs effectiveness and organizational productivity.Become a data SME and have ability to respond to ad-hoc requests from Sales Leaders.Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment across AWS Sales globally.Develop relationships and processes with sales, support, marketing, partner, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements and develop new business insights.Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.Be an expert in analytics tools required to support the team.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
